This site is operated by The Candy Shop Classic in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This page explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email address, the car you are asking about, and your message. On the sell and referral forms, also what you tell us about the car and, if you refer someone else's car, the owner's contact details.

Why

To answer your inquiry, arrange a viewing, value a car, or pay a referral fee. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered through a form service and our email provider. If you choose WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta). Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. None of them may use your details for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

While your inquiry is open, and afterwards only as needed for the records of a sale or a referral payment. Write to us and we will delete your information when we are not required to keep it.

Cookies and storage

No tracking cookies. Your language choice is stored in your browser only. If we add analytics later, this page will say so.
